Director of Food and Beverage
$120,000–$130,000 year
On-siteMiami, Florida, United States
Job Summary
Lead all F&B operations across five outlets, including three full-service restaurants, while managing the P&L, cost of labor, and cost of goods. Execute daily standards and profitability targets independently, pulling and acting on financial reports to drive performance. Implement and enforce SOPs through hands-on training of Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and the Head Bartender to ensure team accountability. Maintain rigorous follow-through on action items, deadlines, and operational reporting while translating industry trends into actionable recommendations. This role requires strong financial acumen and multi-outlet leadership experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with remote island markets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven multi-outlet F&B leadership experience

- Strong organizational skills with a track record of reliable task tracking and reporting
Desired Qualifications
- standalone/independent restaurant experience
- Background as a Director of F&B or Director of Restaurant Operations
- strong Assistant Directors of F&B with solid financial/reporting fluency
- Experience operating in a remote or island location
