Develop a food and beverage operating strategy aligned with the brand's business strategy, ensuring integration of departmental goals and execution of game plans. Manage all business functions of the F&B department to maximize profitability while maintaining highest quality delivery of products and service. Control operations according to Rixos Hotels Egypt management principles, monitoring sales, costs, and display quality standards against set targets. Hire and mentor F&B leadership, ensuring new hires complete orientation and training programs. Prepare and monitor the monthly and annual departmental budget, determine staffing requirements, and conduct promotional activities to increase sales. Review daily reports on income, guest relations, and technical services to drive decision-making, while implementing environmental sustainability protocols and food safety management systems.
