Job Summary
Lead the opening F&B operation for Rixos Phu Quoc with hands-on leadership to build and deliver the F&B strategy in line with the brand, develop menus and beverage lists, manage budgeting and cost controls, train and develop staff, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability across all F&B areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in Food & Beverage management or 2 years in same position with applicable methods
- Experience in opening or leading F&B operations in luxury/hospitality environments
- Fluency in English; Vietnamese proficiency is an advantage
