Forecast goals and objectives for the fixed operations department, preparing and administering the annual operating budget for service and parts departments. Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of service and parts department managers while developing team members at all levels. Lead with excellent communication skills in a collaborative, customer-centric environment within a state-of-the-art facility. Required Qualifications
- Experience forecasting goals and objectives for the fixed operations department.
- Strong track record of hiring, training, motivating, and monitoring the performance of the service and parts department managers.
- Experience preparing and administering the annual operating budget for the service and parts departments.
- Must be a strong leader with demonstrable skills in developing team members at all levels.
