Job Summary
Director of First Impressions to be the face and voice of a Hartford County-based financial advisory firm, serving as support to a senior advisor. Responsibilities include handling client and visitor contact, coordinating meetings and conferences, managing office operations and vendor relationships, supporting tax meeting coordination and quarterly reporting, facilitating client appreciation events, assisting with advisor-day preparations, CRM data maintenance, and providing cross-functional support to ensure smooth advisory operations. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering professional client experiences in a fast-paced environment. Located in Farmington, CT.

- Comfortable asking clarifying questions early, before investing time in the wrong direction
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (experience with financial services CRMs a plus)
- Comfort learning and navigating new software and platforms independently
