Direct and oversee the Financial Planning function, lead planning operations, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, manage a team of financial planning professionals, mentor staff, ensure quality control of financial plans and client meetings, collaborate with advisors on plan design and implementation, and drive process improvements, regulatory compliance, and client experience using tools like Asana, eMoney, Wealthbox, and Egnyte.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field
