Job Summary
Director of FP&A overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to drive financial discipline, prepare dynamic financial models and scenario plans, deliver KPI dashboards and variance analyses, support investor materials, and identify process improvements. Leads capital expenditure assessments, pricing changes, and market expansion analyses while aligning financial planning with actuals in coordination with Accounting. MBA/CPA preferred with 5+ years in FP&A within retail services, consumer goods, or sales agencies; advanced Excel and experience with FP&A tools recommended.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, Planful, or Adaptive Planning a plus
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
