Director of Financial Planning & Analysis partnering with the CFO to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for grants and restricted funding; designs and improves financial processes (ERP Workday), directs cost allocation and indirect cost methodologies, ensures timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance; oversees grant and contract financial management, supports audits, and develops staff training on grants management and compliance; requires extensive nonprofit/grants experience, senior leadership, and a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant work history including 5+ years in management; compensation range $97,900–$122,400 annually.
