Job Summary
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis responsible for budgeting, analyzing financial and operational performance, and improving the budgeting process. Develop and report KPIs, provide decision support for business leaders in areas including process optimization, M&A and capital allocation, and deliver insights and reporting on key business metrics and strategic initiatives. This role will be performed at Odom Corporation offices in Bellevue, Sumner, Spokane, Vancouver (WA) or Boise (ID). Annual salary $100,000-$150,000 DOE. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health/Dental/Vision, and 401k match. Must oversee budgeting processes, quarterly/annual P&L, balance sheet, cash flow forecasts, variance analyses, MD&A communications, and BI/dashboard maintenance; interact with shared service partners and management to maintain data integrity and support strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Five to seven years of financial analysis experience including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or other business analytics services and forecast automation projects preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate results.
- Ability to travel limited travel to Odom Corporation facilities.
