Job Summary
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis leads FP&A activities including building multi-year financial models, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics; responsible for driver-based models, EVA, KPI-based management, dashboards with Power BI, and cross-functional collaboration to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, math, business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience
- CFA or MBA preferred
- Knowledge of fundraising channel analysis and/or experience supporting fundraising departments
- Comprehensive knowledge of up-to-date forecasting methods and techniques
- Ability to think analytically and manage multiple projects
- Experience with data visualization and presentation for leadership and non-financial audiences
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and accounting requirements
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
