Director of Financial Management

Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while overseeing the Property Controller and managing special projects that support the club's long-term fiscal health. Reconcile and audit multiple bank accounts, monitor annual budgets and reserve allocations, and lead multi-year financial planning including capital and reserve projections. Prepare dashboards and presentations translating complex data into member-friendly insights for the General Manager, Treasurer, and Board of Directors. Validate monthly financial statements, analyze departmental profitability, and manage capital improvement planning for renovations and amenity expansions.
