Job Summary
Director of Finance overseeing all hotel financial functions including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls; partner with General Manager and ownership to drive profitability, financial transparency, and operational excellence; lead AP/AR, payroll, GL, budgeting/forecasting, month/year-end closes, cash flow and cost controls; ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements; provide strategic financial insights and coordinate audits; strong leadership and collaboration with department heads in a hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably in a branded hotel environment
- Experience working in a franchise or owner-managed hotel strongly preferred
