Job Summary
Manage all financial and accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition. Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly statements while evaluating controls and tax procedures. Maximize returns on excess cash and reduce investment risks through trend analysis and internal audit facilitation. Develop the finance team, establish accounting policies, and lead external audit coordination. Interpret financial reports, manage the accounting system, and ensure compliance with government reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in accounting
- CPA
- MBA
- Five+ years' experience as a financial administrator, or similar
- Extensive experience in corporate finances, auditing, and performance management
- Proven working experience as a financial controller
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience in general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Presentation skills
