Job Summary
Direct and administer all financial operations of the hotel, including asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, and hotel-wide budget and forecasting. Oversee accounts receivable, credit, accounts payable, payroll, and cash control while ensuring compliance with GAAP. Lead monthly P&L reviews, forecast meetings, and external audits for worker's compensation and sales tax. Prepare annual plans, projections, budgets, and ROI analysis. Support recruitment, facilitate interviews, and conduct training for the Finance team. Maintain confidentiality and work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in hospitality finance management
- 3 years in a leadership role
- College Degree in Finance or related degree
- Working knowledge of local financial practices and taxation
