Job Summary
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business goals and long-term growth. Oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance while analyzing results to improve profitability and reduce costs. Partner with department leaders on labor management, expense control, and operational efficiency. Strengthen internal controls and balance sheet integrity across all operations. Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team while overseeing payroll and labor controls. Monitor distribution channels and contribute to revenue strategy and market positioning. Requires 8–10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least five years in senior leadership. Full-time role with performance-based bonus, comprehensive health benefits, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or related field
- strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- highly proficient in financial systems, Excel, and reporting tools
- Communicates clearly and confidently with both financial and non-financial leaders
- Balances big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
