Job Summary
Director of Finance responsible for strategic financial leadership at the facility level, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and capital planning. Partners with facility and network leadership to optimize financial performance, maintain internal controls, and support long-term growth. Manages general ledger activities, reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, income auditing, and accounts payable review; leads margin improvement, cost containment, and revenue optimization initiatives; directs month-end and year-end close; ensures regulatory and internal control compliance; provides strategic insights and collaborates with leadership on capital evaluation and investment ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or Seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred
