Job Summary
Oversee financial leadership for the hospital and related entities, managing accounting, purchasing, revenue integrity, and patient access operations. Recommend yearly budgets for Board approval, optimize revenue cycle and billing, and establish internal controls to ensure asset safety. Direct financial and revenue integrity teams, develop cash accounting models and forecasts, and supervise reimbursements and general ledger functions. Lead purchasing and materials management, recruit staff for assigned operational areas, and collaborate on capital expenditure plans. Maintain regulatory compliance, prepare financial reports, and exercise judgment in balancing strategic management with hands-on departmental support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from recognized university in field of finance, accounting, or health care administration
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospital finance setting
- well versed in Health Care regulatory compliance
