Job Summary
Direct sound financial management through planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities, working with site leadership to oversee operations via strategic planning, financial analysis, and compliance. Develop short and long-term operating and capital plans aligned with regional goals, while reviewing comprehensive financial analyses and feasibility studies to support informed decision-making. Oversee financial transactions and maintain strong controls to safeguard assets, partnering with Compliance, Accounting, and Internal Audit to ensure regulatory adherence. Optimize financial agreements through physician, supply chain, and payer contracting participation, and coordinate enterprise services with care site operations to ensure efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business/healthcare administration or related field from an accredited institution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience communicating with various organizational levels
- Experience working with spreadsheet, word processing, and Internet programs
Desired Qualifications
- Master's in finance, accounting, business/healthcare administration or MBA
- CPA, CHFP or FHFMA
- Seven years of progressive financial experience
- Experience with and a working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, supply chain, payer contracting, and Medicare/Medicaid cost reports
