Job Summary
Develop and maintain a high-performing FP&A team while leading budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes through close collaboration with the CFO and functional business leaders. Drive capital expenditure approval and planning, conduct financial analysis to analyze new ventures and identify profitability improvements, and lead reporting efforts to provide variance analysis and standardized dashboards for decision-making. Partner with the Controller to streamline the monthly close process and complete budget-to-actual analysis. Analyze forecasted results against targets to communicate risks and opportunities to senior leadership, while performing ad hoc projects as needed. Requires 10+ years of experience in planning and financial management with preferred ecommerce, manufacturing, and wholesaler backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- 10 plus years of experience in planning, analysis, and financial management
- Proven leadership ability
