Job Summary
Direct and administer all financial operations including asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, and hotel-wide budgeting. Oversee accounts receivable, credit, accounts payable, payroll, and cash control while ensuring GAAP compliance. Lead weekly cash flow planning, monthly financial reporting packages, P&L reviews, and forecast meetings with management and ownership. Prepare annual budgets, ROI analyses, and external audits for worker's compensation and sales tax. Support recruitment, conduct new hire training, and coach the Finance team to maximize profitability and guest experience. Requires 8+ years in hospitality finance, a college degree in finance, and familiarity with Infor-HMS, ADP, and M3 Accounting Core. Salary $145k-$160k.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in hospitality finance management
- 3 years in a leadership role
- College Degree in Finance or related degree
- Working knowledge of local financial practices and taxation
