Job Summary
Prepare monthly GAAP-compliant financial statements, including revenue recognition under ASC 606, and oversee all aspects of accounting and financial controls to ensure compliance with generally accepted procedures. Monitor business unit profitability by analyzing financial trends, reconciling records, and managing the annual budgeting and closing processes. Lead the external audit, maintain fixed assets and depreciation rates, and develop short and long-term operational plans through financial analysis. Manage relationships with banking partners, prepare regulatory reports, and communicate results to senior executives. Requires 10+ years of manufacturing and MRP experience, specifically Epicor, with a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ year experience with appropriate manufacturing and MRP experience, specifically Epicor MRP
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or business
- MBA or advanced degree
- CPA
- Strong Leadership abilities, including decisiveness
- Willingness and ability to share information, train, and serve as a mentor

- Demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges
- Strong Group presentation skills

- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment
- Normal range of hearing and vision

- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance
- Must be available and willing to work overtime
