Job Summary
Director of Finance sought to lead financial operations, strategic planning, and financial infrastructure for a federal contracting-focused organization. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including leadership within a federal contracting environment
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, cash management, and financial operations
- Strong understanding of government contracting financial requirements, including FAR/CAS compliance
- Demonstrated success supporting organizational growth and scaling financial infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing indirect cost rates and indirect cost pools in compliance with FAR/CAS requirements within a federal government contracting environment
- Experience interfacing with banks, lenders, auditors, and external financial stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to leadership
