Director of Finance

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while developing budget-to-actual variance reports to monitor organizational performance. Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate coding by grant and department. Assist the CFO in preparing reports for executive leadership and the Board, track restricted grants and government contracts for compliance, and lead preparation for annual financial and Single Audits. Supervise and mentor finance staff, partner with department leaders on budgets and allowable expenditures, and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local nonprofit regulations, including IRS Form 990 documentation.
