Job Summary
Director of Finance leads financial operations, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance; partners with senior leadership on financial strategy; oversees FP&A, accounting, cash management, risk and governance; builds and mentors a high-performing finance team; requires extensive experience (10+ years) in finance/accounting leadership and strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Location: San Diego, CA; reports to CFO; salary $150k-$180k USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
