Director of Finance

Lead the finance function as a strategic partner to department heads, planning budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and reconciling forecasts with actuals. Own financial modeling, scenario planning, and cash flow management, including overseeing accounts payable, revenue cycle collaboration, and internal pricing workflows. Build and manage reporting systems for operational KPIs and investor updates while holding team leaders accountable for performance gaps. Oversee end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for the Management Services Organization and affiliated Professional Corporations, ensuring tax compliance and corporate governance across jurisdictions. Report directly to the CEO with a clear pathway to the CFO role within a mission-driven healthcare company.
