Job Summary
Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, strengthen unit economics, and optimize resource allocation across the marketplace business. Build sophisticated financial models that drive forward-looking decisions on pricing, investments, and capital allocation while overseeing forecasting, planning, and cash management. Lead Finance and Accounting functions by establishing scalable processes, managing the close cycle, and developing teams focused on analytical excellence. Manage treasury activities, tax strategy, and compliance to ensure audit-ready reporting and visibility into liquidity. Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasts that align with strategic objectives and real-time market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience
- Meaningful experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, high-growth startups, or similar environments
- Demonstrated success influencing business strategy through data-driven financial analysis
- Strong understanding of unit economics, cohort analysis, contribution margin, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and subscription or marketplace business models
- Experience building financial models that support strategic decision-making and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business recommendations
- Prior leadership experience managing finance and/or accounting teams
- Highly analytical with the ability to form sound recommendations in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments

- Experience supporting venture-backed or high-growth technology companies
- Exposure to marketplace, subscription, SaaS, or consumer services business models
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or other advanced financial credentials
