Job Summary
Supervise and direct the hotel’s financial activities, ensure asset protection, and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and HEI Standards. Lead financial analysis for ownership and corporate requests, coordinate budgeting and capital expenditure planning, manage accounts receivable and credit extensions, and enforce internal controls and SOP compliance. Require strong accounting background in hospitality, budget development, cash control, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with management and executives.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Accounting or Hotel Management preferred
- 3+ years experience in Hotel or Hospitality related Finance and Accounting
- Analytical approach to problems, attention to detail and accuracy
- Assertive personality, professional demeanor
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
