Director of Finance

Oversee the organization's financial operations, planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management to ensure financial health and drive profitability. Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders. Analyze financial performance to identify growth opportunities, cost savings, and operational improvements while supporting long-term business planning and capital allocation decisions. Manage accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management, ensuring timely compliance with GAAP and coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes. Partner with executive leadership to develop financial strategies, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, establishing performance goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets, manage expenditures, and evaluate business opportunities, investments, and acquisitions.
