Job Summary
Director of Finance responsible for leading financial operations for a portfolio of software businesses, overseeing accounting, reporting, treasury, and compliance under US GAAP; manage offshore finance teams and drive month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, and integration of acquired companies; partner with CEOs and operating partners to deliver data-driven insights, while implementing standardized SOPs, internal controls, and policy alignment; requires strong executive communication, distributed team leadership, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite) and software revenue recognition; role requires 12+ years of progressive finance experience and professional designation.
Required Qualifications
- CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, FCA, FCCA, or equivalent professional designation required
- Fluency in German and English required
