Job Summary
Lead the pre-opening finance team to establish operational, financial, and cultural foundations for a new luxury hotel in Seville, Spain, scheduled to open late Q1 2027. Manage statutory reporting, external audits, taxation, and local accounting regulations while driving cost management below GOP. Collaborate with the General Manager and stakeholders to shape the future success of this landmark project under The Luxury Collection brand. Requires fluent English and Spanish, plus 5+ years in luxury hospitality self-accounting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Director of Finance within luxury or upscale hotels
- Previous experience in self-accounting hotels
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Fluent Spanish (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in independent, franchised or brand-owned hotel environments
- Experience in hotel pre-openings
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Sun Systems or similar ERP platforms
