Director of Finance/Controller

Direct the preparation and analysis of internal and external financial statements in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles. Manage daily cash operations, including movement of funds between accounts, receipt activity, and investment strategy reviews. Oversee Accounts Payable disbursement, payroll processes, and IRS-compliant tax filings for the Health Center and subsidiaries. Coordinate annual audits with external auditors and actuaries, and ensure timely preparation of Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor cost reports. Evaluate new accounting systems and develop monitoring tools for revenue and expenses. Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
