Director of Finance, Clinics

Oversee strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for all financial activities at the facility level, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, capital planning, and regulatory compliance. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conduct financial risk assessments, and manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close procedures. Direct capital review and authorization processes while identifying revenue and expenditure trends to propose corrective actions. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations for departmental staff, collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic direction, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies and accreditation standards. Maintain regular attendance and adhere to all organizational policies. This role serves as the second most senior financial leader within the facility.
