Job Summary
Director of Finance oversees all accounting and financial control functions for Cibola General Hospital, including budgeting, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and collaboration with executive leadership for strategic fiscal decision-making. Responsibilities include managing the CDM-related financial aspects, tax filing, monthly bad debt/contractual analyses, cash flow forecasting, monthly finance committee reports, audit support (MD&A), Fair Market Value analysis of physician compensation, treasury management, annual budget development, long-range financial planning, and departmental operating reviews. Requires healthcare experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and MBA are preferred. On-site role located in Grants, NM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least two years in a healthcare setting or with a healthcare audit firm
