Director of Finance

Oversee the Finance Department, including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Grant Accounting Teams, by managing the monthly and annual close process and preparing audit schedules and management reports. Provide monthly financial closing for revenue cycle, payroll, and accruals while coding the general ledger for cost reporting and grant billing. Select, train, and manage departmental personnel, recommending merit increases and disciplinary actions, while ensuring full compliance with financial regulations and laws. This role supports the CFO in budget preparation and fiscal reporting within a high-stress healthcare environment.
