Director of Finance & Business Support

Oversee all financial aspects of the hotel's operations and drive the company's financial strategy and planning. Assess financial performance and identify possible risks while ensuring local and corporate policies and procedures are observed. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Finance office and lead, mentor, and train the Finance team. Communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills. This role requires a Director of Finance with at least three years of experience in a stable background and proven string finance or accounting operation experience within the hotel industry. Candidates must have a service-focused personality and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Only Turkish nationals or candidates able to communicate in Turkish will be hired.
