Job Summary
Finance Director is accountable for driving profitable growth with a heavy focus on Revenue Growth Management, partnering with Sales, Sales Strategy, and Marketing to set pricing strategy and trade guardrails, and ensuring investments translate into incremental volume and healthy margins. Own annual planning, monthly/quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, KPI architecture, and the operating cadence that keeps leaders aligned on performance and risks. Build processes, models, and governance to provide timely visibility into business direction and enable proactive course correction. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role with direct influence on revenue and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Finance preferred
- 8–12 years of experience in CPG Sales Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), FP&A, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI preferred
