Lead the firm's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while managing daily operations, cash flow, and working capital. Partner with executive leadership to translate financial insights into business decisions and oversee M&A activities. Mentor and develop the finance team, optimize financial systems and reporting tools, and serve as the primary liaison to external stakeholders including auditors, banking partners, and tax advisors. Drive improvements in data integration to enhance efficiency and scalability as the firm grows.
