Job Summary
Director of Finance & Operations leads financial health, budgeting, forecasting, HR/payroll/benefits, risk and compliance, and operations across Growing Place’s three campuses. Responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, annual/multi-year financial modeling, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, audit coordination, internal controls, sequencing of capital needs, and overseeing HR, payroll, benefits, and vendor management. The role partners with the Executive Director, campus directors, and board committees to sustain tuition revenue, philanthropic income, and tuition assistance within a mission-driven, nonprofit education environment. Strong experience in nonprofit finance and operations, with the ability to translate mission goals into practical financial plans, foster organizational integrity, collaboration, and accountability, and supervise operations and business-office staff."
