Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of finance and operations leadership experience
- Proven people-management experience, leading and mentoring staff
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, financial reporting, and audits
- Background overseeing vendors, contracts, and organizational operations
- Experience with QuickBooks, Paylocity, or similar accounting/payroll systems
Desired Qualifications
- CPA, MBA, or nonprofit experience is a plus
