Job Summary
Lead the business unit's finance and IT functions, serving as the primary financial advisor to the General Manager and driving revenue growth through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment. Manage the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range strategy while overseeing financial reporting, variance analysis, and working capital optimization across inventory, receivables, and payables. Ensure compliance with IDEX financial policies, US GAAP, and SOX controls by leading audit activities and maintaining a robust internal control environment. Provide strategic decision support for capital investment planning and post-investment reviews while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver operational excellence. Lead the IT function by developing and executing the technology roadmap aligned with business priorities, and build high-performing Finance and IT teams through servant leadership and talent development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive Finance leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong knowledge of financial controls
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting requirements
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with business and operational leaders to drive financial and operational performance
Desired Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial credential
