Job Summary
Develops and leads strategic financial planning and budgeting for properties, including creating annual operating and property allocation budgets, analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts, and providing analytical support for budget reviews. Oversees finance and accounting teams, drives profitability through cost-saving opportunities, ensures strong internal controls and compliance with SOPs, and communicates financial concepts to owners and executives. Leads development and implementation of comprehensive annual business plans aligned with brand strategy, emphasizes cash flow management, tax considerations, and performance goals, and supports decision-making with forecasting and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 2 years’ experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.
- OR Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
