Director of Finance & Accounting

Director of Finance & Accounting for Regent’s Retail Services Group (RSG) overseeing finance and accounting for RSG and its portfolio of retail brands, including Club Monaco, La Senza, Escada, and Drybar. Based in Columbus, OH, the role leads end-to-end financial strategy and execution—financial planning, reporting, budgeting, accounting operations, and compliance—while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Key duties include leading all finance and accounting functions, managing monthly/quarterly/annual close processes (GAAP-compliant), guiding FP&A activities, analyzing sales, margin, cost structure, and profitability, developing financial models and scenario analyses, monitoring KPIs, optimizing working capital and margins, maintaining internal controls and policies, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors, supporting private equity reporting, and mentoring the finance and accounting team. Requires collaboration with brand leadership and cross-functional partners, experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP or similar), and strong communication and organizational skills. Salary range: $140,000–$150,000 plus comprehensive benefits; compensation can be flexible for the right candidate.
