Job Summary
Develop and implement the hotel's financial planning and budgeting process aligned with strategic goals. Monitor budget performance, prepare accurate financial reports, and analyze data to provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and oversee cost control measures without compromising service quality. Manage payroll, coordinate resource allocation, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and local tax laws. Oversee cash flow, internal controls, and audit processes while leading the finance team to enhance financial acumen. Submit monthly owner reporting packages and maintain transparency with the owners and Accor Regional Office.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a hotel in an Executive role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate finance teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving financial issues
- Ability to assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
