Job Summary
Oversee all financial operations including financial planning, accounting, reporting, compliance, manufacturing cost accounting, and ESOP/401k administration. Partner with operations, supply chain, and warehousing to improve profitability, inventory accuracy, and working capital. Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts while managing month-end and year-end closes to ensure timely financial statements for the Board. Lead the finance team, oversee ERP systems, and drive initiatives to optimize financial performance and support the company's growth strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- At least 5 years of Controller-level or higher experience
- Track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated manufacturing finance experience
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and team-building abilities
- Advanced proficiency with ERP and financial software systems
- Experience using ERP data to support accounting, manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and management reporting
- Experience partnering with supply chain and warehousing teams
- Strong understanding of inventory controls, purchasing, logistics, working capital, and distribution operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong growth mindset
- Strong public presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Suite skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy & timeliness
- Strong integrity and ethical standards
- Ability to translate financial data into actionable improvements
- Experience working with large amounts of data
- Ability to normalize, analyze and scrub large amounts of data
- Must plan on much of their time to be spent at our company headquarters in Tulsa, OK
- Must be available for occasional remote work approved by the President
Desired Qualifications
- CPA
- MBA
- Experience in ERP implementation processes
- Experience managing ESOPs or similar employee ownership programs
- Experience in managing M&A accounting and activities
