Job Summary
Conduct certified payroll compliance, manage contractual reporting, and oversee day-to-day accounting functions including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis. Track contract deliverables, maintain documentation, and support accounts receivable collections by following up on outstanding invoices and aging reports. Develop cost proposals through pricing analysis and collaborate with operations and compliance teams to align financial reporting with contractual obligations. Improve internal processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies while ensuring accuracy in all client and regulatory submissions. This full-time, office-based role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
