Director of Finance $1,000 Sign On Bonus

Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership for a nonprofit organization; lead day-to-day finance operations (GAAP, payroll, general ledger, A/P, A/R), oversee audits, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare financial statements and budgets, and supervise finance staff. Requires collaboration with CEO/leadership, ability to present to the Board, strong governance and internal control design, and experience with nonprofit accounting, grants, and software such as ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks. Preferred MBA or CPA; 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership responsibilities; nonprofit sector experience desirable.
