Job Summary
Oversee the entire field operations for the Orlando location, managing a team of 25+ with 7-8 direct reports across installation, production, logistics, and warehousing; implement policies and procedures, recruit and manage managers, ensure budgeted quality and timely installation/production, coordinate cross-department objectives, and drive operational targets in a high-volume home improvement setting.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading production/installation teams in the home improvement industry
- Windows experience
- Experience leading managers in a director-level operations role
- High-volume experience (revenue and job production) is preferred
