Job Summary
Direct onsite supervision and coordination of high-end luxury residential construction projects, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless communication among owner, architect, designer, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Requires at least 3 years of experience as a superintendent on luxury residential projects typically $2-5M+, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Willing to relocate to Georgia locations (Savannah/Saint Simons Island) and work across multiple sites; experience with management software on laptop/iPad and other technology resources is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high end residential construction as a superintendent with projects $2-5 million and above
- luxury/higher end residential experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with the owner, architect, designer, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willing to relocate/commute with employer-provided relocation package (Savannah, GA: Required)
