Job Summary
Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of all assigned federal and state programs to ensure compliance with Kentucky laws and regulations. Coordinate Title I through Title IX grants, manage budgets, and submit applications via the GMAP system while maintaining accurate records for audits. Collaborate with the Superintendent, finance director, and school leaders to align funding with district priorities and student achievement goals. Conduct regular monitoring visits, analyze program effectiveness, and present reports to the Board of Education. Interpret legislative changes and communicate requirements to district personnel. Seek additional grant funding opportunities and assist with district strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Successful administrative experience at the school or district level
- Master's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Kentucky certification for school or district administration
- Possession of certification as required by Kentucky law

- Experience administering or coordinating federal or state grant programs
- Experience with budget development and fiscal management
- Experience in school improvement planning, program evaluation, or curriculum leadership
