Job Summary
Director of Family Support Services for Raise the Future oversees program development, growth, and delivery of family support services (including clinical services, training, in-home coaching, resource coordination) across designated geographic areas; supervises staff and managers; manages contracts, budgets, and Medicaid billing; ensures compliance and operational excellence; may carry a limited caseload and provide direct services as needed; requires hybrid work near the Utah office and up to 50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, human development, or human services related field.
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Utah as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC.
- 5+ years’ experience working in adoption, child welfare or related area.
- 2+ years of program development and program management experience.
- 2+ years’ experience managing others.
- Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Up to 50% travel is required.
- Must have dependable car and be insurable as a driver on the auto liability policy of Raise the Future.
- Additional qualifications may be required, depending on the program that the position will oversee.
- Available to work in a hybrid position in office 2 days a week and must work within 45 miles of the Utah office
